A unique stay in a re-imagined 1910 Historic Bank in the center of a fairly quiet town (train lumbers by a block away). The space allows for the visitor to be in downtown & experience the old west in this beautiful gem; with a graciously converted ground floor getaway opening onto the main sidewalk. Our Main St., Bungalow is centrally located near downtown Frederick. It is within walking distance of the courthouse, pioneer town site and some of our favorite local eateries. Our bungalow is an Ideal location for hunters in Tillman county. Military discount available if you are visiting Altus AFB, Wichita Falls AFB, or Fort Sill. It is an easy commute to Vernon, Texas about 35 minutes, 45 minutes to Altus Oklahoma and approximately 1 hour drive to Lawton, OK and Wichita Falls, TX.

The Howery Hideaway

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Located downtown for a front row seat of all the festivities going on as well as shopping and dining. Lots of room inside for hanging out inside the house or out in the bay area playing games or watching activities through the windows or from the bench outside. You can also drive your vehicle inside the building for more convenience. Recently added a daybed with a trundle bed to sunroom.

Welcome to Oklaunion, Texas, population 138! Our Friends and Family apartment is conveniently located right off of Highway 287. There is zero hustle and bustle here, just the silence of 5 acres of wide open spaces, windmills turning, and some baa'ing of the neighbors sheep. Access to fast food or some really great restaurants are only 10 minutes away though so it's the best of both worlds!
