Situated within peaceful pastureland and on an unspoiled wooded hillside, the O de l’Orme country cottage has an idyllic view overlooking Grosley sur Risle valley. It is conveniently located on the edge of Beaumont le Roger’s privately owned 4000 acres forest. Enjoy a pleasant stay in our independent and recently restored cottage. L’O de l’Orme cottage is one hour from Le Havre ferry port one hour and half hour away from Paris and 45 km of the sea. De plain pied, elle offre un calme merveilleux avec ses trois « chambres des peintres » — la chambre Monet, la chambre Van Gogh et la chambre Bonnard — et son grand jardin avec mobilier, barbecue, ping-pong et trampoline.

Une petite maison mitoyenne mais très au calme en pierre apparente et grandes poutres en chêne typique du Perche (enduit naturel ocre clair, aménagements modernes blancs et meubles en chêne massif). Petites terrasses: une devant plein sud qui donne sur un chemin creux, une arrière plus fraîche en plein potager. Champs de chevaux, d'ânes+forêt toute proche. Possibilité de location de vélos sur place pour aller visiter les manoirs ou les bourgs anciens des alentours. Garage pour vélo.

La maison est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants, y compris bébé.

Parfaite pour vous ressourcer, cette maisonnette de 50 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée à partir de matériaux écologiques : plancher en bois, isolation en laine de chanvre, peintures bio, assainissement en phyto-épuration, chauffage à fluide caloporteur végétal, poêle à bois, baignoire en bois...
