Our home is spacious and clean with decorated rooms to fit every style! Our home has 2 large gathering spaces to accommodate guests, 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full-size kitchen with dining area, fridge, sink, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking for even the largest of vehicles with trailers on property or street. Our property borders the gorgeous Vernal Temple, in fact it’s literally in our backyard, which provides a breathtaking view. We're also right next to Main Street, so you'll never be far from the action!

The Uintah Basin provides many opportunities for day recreation at nearby Steinaker Reservoir and Red Fleet State Park, and Flaming Gorge is under an hour away. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
