This beautiful, spacious and luminous 110 sqm loft is located in the heart of Alicante’s historic center with views over the old town. We renovated and designed this place respecting the traditional ways to build at the time, with limestone and wooden beams, while offering all the amenities of a modern apartment and a little bit of luxury. The beach is a 5 minutes (350m) walk away and the numerous nearby bars and restaurants invite you to enjoy the typical Mediterranean vibes of the old town.

Casa Verde is a large house with two separate floors. The guesthouse has its own entrance. The owners inhabit the top floor of the house. The owners do not use all the facilities offered at the guesthouse during your stay.

Los huéspedes de la casita y la cabaña tienen acceso a la piscina de temporada, situada en la misma finca. La piscina está operativa desde mediados de abril hasta el 1 de octubre. No se aceptan mascotas en las casitas.
