Wonderful spot, within easy walking distance of Old Town and hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood. The home was comfortable, with many extra touches, and a nice, bright kitchen. It was perfect for our stay while I attended the Verde Valley Bird Festival at Dead Horse Ranch State Park, which was only a couple of miles away. Very dog friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

House was adorable! Looked even better than the pictures! Karlee was an amazing host from our very first email! She was helpful and brought over roaster for our kids to make smores, mailed us things we left behind and checked to make sure we were settled in! Perfect rental and perfect host!

This house was clean, and accommodated my travel group very well. My dog enjoyed the backyard. The host is extremely responsive and they were able to answer my questions super quickly. I enjoyed my stay here!

Aaron' place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The home had a great outdoor space and a large yard. I am extremely happy renting Aaron's place. I would recommend Aaron's to anyone that wants to visit Prescott or the surrounding areas.

Stayed at this Airbnb with several friends for a golf trip, and we had an amazing time! The Airbnb had everything we needed and more. The backyard pool + hot tub were our favorites. The Airbnb was also in a great area close to grocery stores, great restaurants, and coffee shops. Loved our stay!

A great place to stay! We were just looking for a clean space to chill and have fun with the kiddos and this suited our family perfectly. The host took the time to include additional amenities like coffee, wine, and toiletries to make you feel at home. Everything for the pool was ready for fun. The pool tools were inflated and there were a variety of floaties available all the kiddos. The grill was propane ready for a nice backyard cookout. There is plenty of seating on the backyard patio to entertain. Fausto even called to see if we needed a pack and play to be set up because he knew we were bringing kids. A great stay!

Thanks for the stay! We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home for our family of 4. We appreciate the hospitality for our furry friends too! The house had just about everything we needed, the outdoor area was used quite a bit and we were nearby several of our frequented locations. Definitely would stay again!

Marcie's place was fantastic! Everything leading up to getting there was smooth and she was communicative. The place was spotless and had plenty of amenties to make it easy to settle in and get right into our vacation fun.

Best vacation ever! We had a quick family getaway and couldn’t have asked for more. The pool and house were amazing, and we had so much fun connecting as a family. The home was perfectly set up with everything we needed, and Kate (host) was incredibly responsive and helpful. It beat all of our expectations and will absolutely book again if we are back in Scottsdale.

Property was well appointed & matched the description accurately. Quiet neighborhood with ample parking; was close to shops & the highway. Home was a good size, very pet friendly & would have been great for a group (there were just 2 of us, but we loved all the space). Host was responsive & polite.

Enjoyed our stay! Pool and hot tub were great amenities for our Tennis Tournament. House was clean and spacious. Enjoyed every moment.

We loved the location. The backyard was just the escape we needed. There are two kayaks provided and we had a blast with the kids going down the "rapids". The house is very nice and spacious. The appliances are top of the line and the kitchen is fully stocked. The two fireplaces are wonderful. My only complaint is the outside cushions were not on and the outdoor furniture was not clean.

I have chosen this property two years in a row because it has proven to meet my needs.

My family stayed a month while waiting to move into our house, and enjoyed the convenience of the location and the private cul-de-sac.

Ann was very communicative. The private patio space has a beautiful view where we enjoyed the March snow on the hills. We heard her two dogs at different times throughout our stay. Ann’s place had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

My husband and I are retired couple from Illinois and stayed in this rental for a month. Jean was very attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues in which she resolved very quickly. She checked in with us numerous times to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything. The condo was centrally located with easy access to main highways. One of the things we liked the most about this condo is that it is a one level rental. The pool is right outside the front door, but was undergoing some maintenance issues for a while during our stay. We loved having access to the lake and its walking path around it. We did walk this most days. We also were in close vicinity to Spring training camps and got to see quite a few games. Overall we were happy with our stay and with Jean as our host.

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.
