The Villa it’s composed of a living room with a window directly on the sea, a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a magnificent garden with a terrace overlooking the beautiful bay of San Francesco. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven and everything you need to cook unforgettable italian meals. Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

Villa Leo

A tre km da San Felice Circeo ed a due km da Terracina vi attende Villa Leo. La Villa si trova a 30 metri dal mare, accessibile tramite ingresso privato, in un complesso residenziale, lontano dal caos e dalla confusione. La Villa è composta da due camere da letto, di cui una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli, un salone con divano letto, una cucina in legno, un bagno ed un giardino esterno con portico in legno, dove troverete un angolo dotato di sdraio e divanetti per immergervi in un completo relax. Tramite la spiaggia potrete facilmente raggiungere il campeggio che dista soltanto 100 metri, dove troverete animazione e musica per tutta la famiglia. L'ampia spiaggia vi garantirà riservatezza e tranquillità nelle splendide acque cristalline del Circeo.
