Charming Seaside House in Forio The house is just a short distance from Forio’s port, easily reachable by taxi in just 5 minutes or by bus, with a stop only 2 minutes away on foot. For those who prefer to drive, a free parking spot for small vehicles is available. ⚠ To access the accommodation, you need to go down an external staircase with 20 steps. The descent is simple and safe, but we mention it in advance to ensure full transparency for all our guests. This two-level property, approximately 120 sqm in size, also features a spacious terrace and a balcony with stunning sea views. The bright apartment offers sea views from every room and is situated in a peaceful, natural setting. It includes: Private Entrance 3 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Living Room Kitchen Balcony Terrace Lower Floor: THE FIRST BEDROOM features a new, comfortable double bed, a two-door wardrobe with wooden hangers, a sea-view desk with a chair, and a private router for optimal Wi-Fi connectivity, perfect for remote work. The room is equipped with bed linens, extra pillows, and both a spring and winter blanket. Adjacent to this room is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and toothpaste. UPPER FLOOR : A few steps up leads to the living room, which offers a full sea view. This area includes a comfortable sofa bed, a smart TV, air conditioning, a fridge with a freezer, a dining table for 6, and a large cupboard with all necessary cooking utensils including cutlery, pots, and glasses. The living room also has a small sea-view kitchen equipped with a large oven and cooking essentials (salt, oil, sugar, coffee, pepper, vinegar), and a cabinet with laundry and cleaning supplies. Next to the living room are TWO MORE BEDROOM, each with a new, comfortable double bed and breathtaking views of Cava dell'Isola. THE FIRST BEDROOM is furnished with a four-door wardrobe and bed linens, with an adjacent bathroom featuring a shower cabin. THE SECOND BEDROOM is spacious and has a four-door wardrobe; it can accommodate an extra cot if needed for a seventh person. This room also includes a private bathroom without a shower but with a bidet and towels. ADDITIONAL COMFORT: Air conditioning is available IN ALL ROOMS THE TERRACE , accessible from both the living room and bedrooms, is the highlight of the house: an outdoor area with a sea view, featuring a table for 4/8 people, new cushioned outdoor sofas, sun loungers, a beach chair, and a barbecue. Next to the terrace, a balcony with a fountain is equipped with a bucket, broom, and dustpan. Art enthusiasts will enjoy the paintings displayed throughout the house. Additionally, a private path near the house leads quickly to the famous Cava dell'Isola beach. The entire house, terrace, and balcony are for the exclusive use of the guests.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

A un passo dalla spiaggia di sabbia di Cala Feola , si trova la casa sul mare. Un' antica casa di pescatori interamente scavata nel tufo e ristrutturata recentemente e dotata di aria condizionata. È composta da due camere da letto , corridoio ,bagno , cucina e un'ampia terrazza che si affaccia sul mare dove poter pranzare e rilassarsi. Benvenuti a Cristy Garden Home. L'appartamento è situato nel Comune di Forio, nelle vicinanze della Scannella e di Sorgeto. Poco più distanti si trovano la spiaggia di Citara, con i famosi Giardini Poseidon ed equidistante troverete il pittoresco borgo di Sant'Angelo d'Ischia. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è l'ideale per chi cerca la pace e la tranquillità. L'appartamento dispone di angolo cottura, bagno, letto matrimoniale, wii fi, terrazzo e solo in camera da letto di aria condizionata .

Casa Lolò è immersa nel verde di Solchiaro, il promontorio più a sud di ‪Procida‬, dove il sole tramonta nel mare. E' perfetta per gli amanti del relax, della natura e delle passeggiate. La casa è composta da una spaziosa camera da letto, un soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto, un bagno con doccia e una stanzetta a parte con lavanderia. Un'ampia terrazza affaccia su un orto a picco sul mare di fronte all'isolotto di Vivara, riserva naturale di rara bellezza, e all'isola di Ischia.

Incantevole monolocale sito all'estremità di Punta Rocilo, immerso nella natura selvaggia del luogo, ma situato a pochi minuti da Piazza dei Martiri, Corricella, centro storico e dalle caratteristiche spiagge de la Lingua e Silurenza. La struttura, antico deposito della vetusta corderia di Giovannino u funer', artigiano locale, gode di un panorama spettacolare ed unico: il golfo di Napoli, il Castello D'Avalos sulla destra con lo sfondo dell'isola di Capri e della penisola Sorrentina.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

La posizione strategica di cui gode, permette l'accesso a piedi allo stazionamento degli autobus, al corso principale dell'isola, al centro storico Ischia Ponte, nonché ai vari locali e ristorantini tipici della movida isolana localizzati sulla Riva Destra del porto.
