Our Granary is a stylish, sustainable barn conversion set in idyllic countryside at the end of a quiet country lane, surrounded by a horseshoe of downs and near wonderful beaches. It truly is a picturesque spot, and all just 3 hours from London. The Granary has just been renovated from two agricultural buildings. With two comfy bedrooms, a large kitchen diner to inspire a great meal, a lounge with a wood burner and a huge window seat in which to gaze out at the garden, courtyard and the pool.

The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Seagull cottage is a recently renovated period, two bedroom cottage, tastefully redecorated whilst maintaining it's quaint features. It’s a secret hideaway just perfect for that peaceful break away, you won’t believe you are in the centre of the town, yet a short walk to the main beach and Esplanade, and an even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants. With sunny outdoor spaces to the front and rear it’s a great spot to relax and enjoy. We can also provide discounted ferry travel on booking.

Light & spacious Island Lodge is located in a quite corner of Lower Hyde Holiday Park, a great location for exploring the island. With 2 kingsize en-suite bedrooms an outside seating & off road parking for two cars it offers plenty of space. Within easy walking distance into Shanklin village, old town and Chine, railway and bus links, beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants all close by. Its the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The vibrant town of Ventnor, with all its amenities, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Signal Point is a beautifully restored Victorian cottage nestled amongst the plants at Ventnor Botanic Garden, minutes walk from the coast. With a wealth of period details, there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The kitchen/dining room is fitted with all modern conveniences and there is a cosy living room, plus patio overlooking the garden. As well as being near the beach, Dove Cottage is within walking distance to the fabulous restaurants, bars and cafes that Ventnor has to offer. There are many scenic coastal paths nearby leading to places such Bonchurch, Steephill Cove and St Lawrence.

Our beautiful spacious apartment in Hambrough Road has been completely renovated and is situated in a lovely location in the town of Ventnor. It is perfect for a short break or for longer stays. It looks directly out to sea over the road and wall in front. It’s in the most ideal location in that the beach and town are literally two minutes walk away. We occasionally receive discount codes for the vehicle ferries so please do ask. We would very much like to welcome you!

Adventure Prospect - Historic Waterfront Cottage

Relax and enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. 'Adventure Prospect' has recently been completely renovated and is steeped in military history. Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines. The cottage provides an ideal escape from everyday life and has direct access to the water.
