Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour chez James, le logement était très propre a notre arrivée. Je le recommande ++ Au calme, stationnement juste devant la maison 👍, 5 min de la plage et 1 min en voiture du centre commercial Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité 😁

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

the location was excellent 👌. easy access, lift available. the apartment was very clean. it was a little noisy in the square early morning, due to work at the old market, and temporarily sited opposite apartment . but overall a very pleasant stay.

Woning geboekt voor verblijf met 5 volwassenen voor het lange Paasweekend. Mooi gerenoveerde woning met gebruik van duurzame materialen, heel gezellig en hedendaags ingericht. Alles ook brandschoon. Leuke tuin met zwembad, lijkt me heerlijk in de zomer. Woning is rustig gelegen in een leuk dorp. Winkels en leuke restaurantjes op wandelafstand. Tijdens verblijf een aantal keer contact gehad via de App. Steeds snelle en erg vriendelijke reactie. Een echte aanrader.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Je voulais remercier Alena qui a été une hôte parfaite. Nous avons réservé cette villa à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de ma femme. Alena nous a laissé un message ainsi qu’un petit cadeau à cette occasion. La villa est très jolie et dispose d’un jardin très bien entretenu. Elle a veillé à ce que nous pouvions profiter de la piscine en la chauffant à 28 degrés. Ce séjour a été formidable. Elle a été proactive à ce que nous pouvions avoir besoin et toujours très réactive. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

We had a lovely stay at Angelica’s place. Everything was as described. The communal pool was a great addition to the accommodation and we loved the sunny roof terrace in the morning.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Kane and Brigitte were the perfect hosts. Their place was wonderful. We were visiting family in the area and their AirBnB made the perfect place to gather for conversation and even meals. The kitchen was fully outfited which enable use to create several dinners and the grounds were loving as were the views. I would highly recommend staying at their place. We will definitely be back in the future.
