Manasota Beach Home w/heated pool walk to beach

Custom built large home only 2 blocks to Manasota Beach. Most guests walk and a beach wagon is provided. Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Venice and Englewood. Very large and private lot with beautiful mature palms! The home has tray and soaring vaulted ceilings. The whole home opens up onto the pool area with sliders in every room. The bedrooms are configured in a split style with the very large master suite being totally private. Rare beach home for rent left!

The property is located close to Sarasota and Punta Gorda airport, also you can fly to Tampa airport which is a little bit farther. Impeccable 3 bedroom home with a heated swimming pool. Centrally located and minutes away from shopping, beaches (Caspersen, Manasota Key, Venice Fishing Pier and Venice), some of the best restaurants in the area, and close to downtown Venice. Bring your beachwear and enjoy the sunny days, sandy beaches, and warm water that South Venice has to offer!

Two bedroom, 2 bath updated home in a quiet neighborhood, near Venice Beach. Privacy fence surrounds the backyard, palm trees line the front yard. Enjoy a screened in pool with a cup of coffee, relaxing on the patio, while, watching the squirrels play, blue jays and cardinals fly around the large Mango tree, and Magnolia tree, or end your busy day with a night swim under the stars with the outdoor night lights on.
