Man kann hier nicht mehr als fünf Sterne vergeben, sonst würde ich dies sofort tun! Die ganze Familie Pernthaler ist so herzlich, hilfsbereit und der Aufenthalt war ein Balsam für die Seele. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos und im gemütlichen Saunabereich kann man wunderbar den Alltagsstress entgehen. Mehrere größere Nationalparks sind in 1h Autofahrt erreichbar und im Nachbardorf gibt es leckere Restaurants. Ich habe die Zeit geliebt und der Bauernhof Moar Sepp wird definitiv meine erste Wahl sein für meinen nächsten Urlaub in den Dolomiten! Einfach nur genial. Danke euch, Familie Pernthaler 🥰

Wir hatten zuerst etwas Schwierigkeiten den Eingang zur Wohnanlage zu finden, Google Maps ist da etwas verwirrend (das schwarze Tor mit der Nummer 9 ist der Eingang, dort den Code eingeben). Aber ab da hat mit den Anweisungen, die wir vorab bekommen haben alles funktioniert, das Türschloss wird mit einer App gesteuert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich super schön mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ein absoluter Boho Traum, wie auf den Fotos. Alles war super sauber, das Bett bequem, es war ruhig und Parkplätze gibt es direkt vorm Haus. Nach Bardolino und Lazise ist es ein Katzensprung mit dem Auto, aber etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit toller Terasse, das Tavernetta Corte Torcolo, das Essen war mega! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir waren super zufrieden - sehr liebe und schnelle Kommunikation, top Lage, sehr schöner Ausblick (noch schöner als auf den Fotos), tolle Wohnung! Kommen gerne wieder!

房东Sabina非常友善，回复消息很及时，也会尽量满足我们的各种需求。如果需要的话她可以为我们准备早餐，离开的时候她还给我们带上了自制的苹果汁。唯一美中不足的一点是，上山的山路对我们来说有点危险🤣

Der Aufenthalt in Ca' Leonardi bei Marica war wundervoll! Man hat sich wie in einem Luxushotel gefühlt, alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Spa war ein Highlight, die E-bikes waren klasse um eine angenehme Fahrradfahrt um den Ledrosee zu machen. Den morgendlichen Korb mit Brötchen haben wir sehr genossen, genauso wie den Willkommens-Sekt und den Limoncello. Auch von der Kaffeemaschine haben wir sehr profitiert, sie hat sehr leckeren Kaffee gemacht. Marica war immer gut erreichbar, der Check-in durch eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr angenehm für uns weil wir nur wenig Italienisch verstehen und die nette Frau ein wenig Deutsch sprach. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Appartamento perfetto! Le uniche pecche riguardano il parcheggio a pagamento “convenzionato” con l’albergo a 37€ al giorno. Il parcheggio ha anche 3 postazioni di ricarica per auto elettriche, peccato, che i posti fossero sempre occupati da auto non elettriche

Appartamento molto carino, arredato con gusto, pulito, vicinissimo agli impianti di risalita di Pinzolo, molto accessoriato e caldo, Morena è molto gentile e super reattiva, la zona molto servita, siamo stati davvero bene, la ciliegina sulla torta la zona relax privata, uno spazio dove potersi rilassare dopo una bella sciata, grazie!

Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sehr sauber. Die Kulisse und Außenanlage sind wunderschön, man hat einen großen Pool mit genügend Liegeplätzen, einen Whirlpool & Sauna zur alleinigen Nutzung. Fabio ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Riva del Garda, wodurch man die Stadt- und Seenähe hat aber trotzdem in der Natur und im Ruhigen lebt. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, auch für ihn war es toll! Große Empfehlung, wir kommen wieder! ☀️

Stayed at this apartment as a group of three. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listings. Absolutely spotless with a phenomenal view of the lake. Parking on the premises was easy, and Giovanna showed us how everything worked and helped us find restaurants that were open in the shoulder season. She even ensured that we had access to the spa facilities when we wanted to relax one afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful location in a very peaceful setting. The apartment is in beautiful condition. We enjoyed the sauna and being close to the ski lifts. Francesca met us at the apartment and gave us a very thorough explanation of the property. We would recommend.

The hotel staff supporting this apartment, especially Vanessa, were amazing. Vanessa made our dinner plans and pointed out all the things that we’re important for us. She made this experience the best for us. The apartment is spacious, and elegantly decorated. You’ll feel like a millionaire on vacation here. Relaxing in the steam room was the icing on the cake. Perfectly located in the center of San Marco right in a charming plaza where you can catch a gondola ride or delight in an evening meal. I highly encourage using the hotel staff to help make reservations and provide directions to help make the most of your stay. If you can find Vanessa then you’ll be in very good hands.

Great location just a couple minutes or so from the station, very modern house compared to Venetian standards. No noise in the apartment, shielded from the hustle. Elevator was a bonus for us. Especially great location for those planning a trip to Murano/Burano as well. Responsive and helpful hosts as well.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen! Der Ausblick aus dem Apartment und vom Pool sind atemberaubend. Massimo war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns geholfen. Ich würde den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Very nice place. Comfortable beds, very clean. Very nice hosts. Would highly recommend. The only thing to know is that when we went, both google and Apple Maps had the airbnb location in the wrong place - about 1 km away from where it is. It would be best to get the gps coordinates ahead of time from host so that you can easily find the place.

A casa estava recem reformada, e com um otimo bom gosto! Tudo muito bom e bonito! A Olga ainda nos recebeu com um espumante! E a casa tinha cafe e comidinhas! Tudo maravilhoso!!!

Splendido alloggio dove rilassarsi nelle giornate di sole a Verona , offre tutti i comfort come descritto nel annuncio e molto particolare il tema della casa. Host super disponibili e presenti se necessario. Raggiungibile il centro di Verona in auto in una decina di minuti , ideale per chi vuole vivere la città ma prendersi anche del tempo per del relax.

Our stay was truly memorable, with stunning mountain views and winter activities everywhere. The location was incredibly convenient and just a short walk to the supermarket, which made cooking meals easy. The host’s attention to detail was exceptional, with thoughtful touches that made the space feel like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to return!

I wish we had time on our vacation for more than one night at the B&B. It was beautiful inside and out.

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Antonella hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Sie war für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns auch in persönlichen Gesprächen viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Antonella hat die bestens restaurierte Wohnung stilvoll, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche und des Bades ist sehr, sehr gut. Es fehlt an nichts und alles ist makellos sauber. Terrasse und Garten sind gepflegt und ruhig und bieten einen herrlichen Blick auf den Ort und See. Albisano ist ein sehr angenehmer Ort mit Restaurants, die eine einfache aber gute Küche haben. Eins ist ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen ebenfalls. Wir haben uns bei Antonella sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Antonella ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin.

Die Unterkunft bietet eine ruhige und idyllische Lage, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Städtereisen als auch für schöne und ausgiebige Gassirunden. Der Vermieter ist diskret und freundlich mit 2 süßen kleinen Hunden. Die Nähe zum Wald und der vorhandene Pool runden das Angebot ab und machen die Unterkunft besonders attraktiv für Naturliebhaber. Insgesamt eine großartige Wahl für Erholung und Ausflüge - für Mensch und Hund :)
