Borgo Stramare tra Valdobbiadene e Segusino

Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

Spacious and bright apt. in the center of Venice

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

A 100m dalla ciclabile delle Dolomiti. Posizionata di fronte ad uno splendido laghetto. Compresa di pulizie e cambio biancheria ogni terzo giorno, escluso angolo cottura. Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
