Appartamento pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort e generi di prima necessità. Host molto disponibile e gentile. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Matteo’s place is great for families! We stayed for almost a month and we felt at home there. Very cozy, yet spacious and the kids can play in the large backyard. With a car or bus you can get to Mogliano or Preganziol in 5 mins or less and there’s a great pizzeria nearby. Matteo was very responsive and helpful as well.

Such a beautiful apartment! Fabulous decor and everything you need for a perfect stay. Very peaceful area and secure place to be. Irene is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. Perfect location for our needs, bus stop 2 mins walk for bus into centre or you can walk it within 20 minutes. Pizzeria, supermarket and cafes 2 mins walk from apartment. We did not want to leave, we had a lovely stay and we can’t wait to return soon. Thank you Irene your place is just beautiful! 🩷

Clean, well maintained, and a good amount of space for 2 people! Many interesting pieces im the apartment and you can tell attention was paid to the details. The couch and bed are comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. From pictures, we thought the glass staircase would be part of our apartment, but the steps actually lead to another airbnb upstairs. It is a shared entrance but did not cause us any issues. Would recommend this stay!

Lucia is a very good host. She took us around for a tour before the check in. Got us a glass of white wine, introduced us to the restaurants around the apartment and also to some in the more touristic areas. Lucia’s apartment was very comfortable, impeccably clean, she thought of everything we may need right from toiletries to clean towels, linen, phone chargers, city maps etc. We also had the option of an early check in and a late check out. There is a possibility to leave your luggage until midnight even after the check out. We didn’t need to use it but very helpful should you have a late flight/train. Lucia was very responsive, proactively giving us useful information and was very pleasant to interact with. A nice Venetian experience starting with a great host like Lucia. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Anlage und die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage um mit den Kindern zu entspannen und einfach viel Zeit im tollen Pool zu verbringen. Die Nähe zu Venedig ist auch super und Fabienne gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch die Kommunikation mit Fabienne lief toll. Sehr empfehlenswert.

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.
