Wi-Fi & breakfast included ( the breakfast is tea coffee toast fruits in self service between 8/11am) -5mn from the beach and right in the center of Nice. "This is a shared accommodation with me and it’s gay friendly . This is a bed and breakfast, the kitchen is not accessible for lunch or dinner, those are to be taken outside.

Les chambres sont de plain pied (climatisées) avec salle de bain indépendante et toilettes privatifs Entrée privative. Elle dispose d'un parking fermé et sécurisé, idéal pour garer les motos et vélos. La piscine est à votre disposition jusqu'à 20 h.
