Motovun Bellevue - amazing view, comfortable

Everyone will feel comfortable in this spacious and unique accommodation with a beautiful view. The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. A garden with the olive groves, animals such as cats, dogs, goats and rabbits gives a special exiperience.

Open space in the historical centre, Cavana area

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.

Počitniška hišica na podeželju "BEe in foREST"

K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Dobrodošli u studio apartman Pisino. Nalazimo se u samoj povijesnoj jezgri grada Pazina uz srednjovjekovni Pazinski kaštel, a s prozora odmah vidite spust zip linea preko pazinske jame. Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Peaceful Villa with breathetaking view

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Santa Lucia Apartman

Novi renovirani apartman nalazi se u prizemlju i ima zaseban ulaz. Objekt se sastoji od spavaće sobe, kupatila te dnevnim boravkom sa kuhinjom. Kuhinja je opremljena perilicom za suđe, pećnicom, hladnjakom, zamrzivačem, aparatom za kavu i kuhalom. Ispred ulaza nalazi se terasa sa prekrasnim pogledom na Oprtalj, šume i vinograde. Parking je osiguran u sklopu apartmana. Najbliža plaža je na 22 km. U Oprtlju se nalazi trgovina, kafić i konoba. Nekoliko agroturizama je u blizini.

The apartment has everything you could need and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. In front of the apartment is a terrace with one of the most beautiful views of the Istrian landscape, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or some of the top wines of the region in the evening. We also provide a parking place for 1 car.

As a part of a eclectically refurbished 18th century house built on top of the second defence wall with a breathtaking view of the tranquil surroundings -vineyards and olive yards spread over the hills scattered with sleepy little villages, and overlooking rooftops of the houses in the neighborhood…

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
