Ponce es un pueblo hermoso para visitar, con una hermosa plaza de recreo y numerosos sitios de interés. No obstante, es un pueblo de clima caliente. Partiendo de esa premisa, necesitas un lugar con un buen aire acondicionado funcionando al 100 para cuando regreses de disfrutar de un caluroso dia. De esto se trata este lugar; un hogar acogedor con tremendo sistema de aire acondicionado y una limpieza impecable donde de seguro disfrutas de un buen descanso. El anfitrión, Armando es bien comunicativo y responde todas las dudas e inquietudes al instante. El lugar aceptan mascotas y eso eso es un alivio increible.

Great host. We felt at home.

This apartment is an idyllic getaway at the site of former sugar cane plantation workers' quarters in the countryside, but still accessible to the city of Ponce. It had all the amenities, and I really appreciated the garden with fruit trees. Loved seeing iguanas and horses passing through! The host was friendly and gave me local recommendations for attractions to visit. It was wonderful to wake up each morning to a chorus of birdsong.

Eva’s place is great! Her place is Quiet, great decor and centrally located! Eva’s place is home away from home! My wife and I were so happy to stay in Ponce at her place after our previous Airbnb accommodations didn’t work out. We will be back to Ponce and will stay here!

Mi estancia fue agradable. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitaba, y el lugar brinda un ambiente seguro, lo que me permitió disfrutar con tranquilidad. El espacio es bonito y cómodo, ideal para una estancia relajante. Además, aprecié mucho la flexibilidad del anfitrión, lo cual fue un gran detalle.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive. Even gave us some recommendations of the area and restaurants. The AC was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful place to stay and beautiful areas to walk in except for the occasionally iguana who jumped out at me, lol I am from Boston so I’m just used to mosquitoes. I hope people do choose this area because it was very pleasant and quiet.

The apartment is super centric. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Parking in front, which was an A+ for us. It has a laundry room, although we didn't use it, which is also great. A quiet and peaceful place. Mr. Armando was very attentive to make our stay the best it could be. I would definitely contact him again. 100% recommended!
