Attatched house! Our house is renovated in a high standard during 2018. Entry level is 6 steps from the street. Here is kitchen, livingroom, toilet and a terrass with awning and gasol-grill. View of a nice community yard and overlooking the water of Kyrkviken. Upp stairs is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The beds Are 210, 120,120,105 cm wide. Bed linnens are included. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. One bedroom is in the basement.

Välkommen till ett familjevänligt radhus nära skog, äng och hav. Du tar dig med buss och tunnelbana till Stockholm city på 35-45minuter. Huset består av tre våningar varav vi hyr ut de två nedre. 2 badrum, 3 sovrum, kök med matplats, vardagsrum med utsikt mot uteplats, skog och äng. På framsidan finns altan med gasolgrill. Altanen vetter mot den gemensamma lekplatsen. Området är lugnt och barnvänligt och har nära till flera bad, naturreservat och stadens puls.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with totally 6 beds. The house is surrounded with a beautiful nature. Water near by and a playground/tennis court nearby. The villa also includes our outdoor cat that needs food and love when we´are gone.
