Archipelago guesthouse close to Stockholm city

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly built guesthouse on an Island just 30 minutes away from Stockholm city center. Everything there is to enjoy on the island is 5-10 minutes away, including a bech n the South side, a restaurant on the East side and a place to play Bocci on the top of the Island. If you feel the need to escape, there is a ferry that will take you to the nerest subwaystation in 30 minutes and then a train will have you in the center within 5 minutes.

Nybyggt modernt gästboende för 1-2 personer och 1 barn 0-2år. Byggår 2021. Beläget på vackra skärgårdsön Resarö strax utanför Vaxholm. Nära buss och mataffär. Egen parkering för bil. Fullt modernt utrustat med hög standard. Kök med plats för 2per. Fräscht badrum med dusch. Allrum med en komb säng/soffa (140cm) för 2 vuxna pers. TV, WiFi ,tvättmaskin och annan utrustning allting nytt fr. 2021 Fin uteplats med grill och utemöbler .5 min promenad till bad eller ta cyklarna som finns att låna.

Charmigt gästhus i Stockholms mellersta skärgård

Slappna av i detta charmiga och lugna boende, precis vid havet, endast 45 minuters båtväg från Stockholms city. Gästhuset är ca 25 kvm, är nyligen renoverat, och har ett rum med en liten köksdel i öppen planlösning. Sängen är en dubbelsäng på 160 cm. Badrum med dusch och OBS! torrtoalett. Stor terrass med havsutsikt samt inglasat uterum med möblerad matplats. Naturtomt. Brygga och strand nedanför huset. Vill du ha en kortare vistelse än den tid vi satt, hör av dig så får om det funkar.

Spectacular, self-contained 25 sqm studio villa

The studio villa is a self-contained modern 25 sqm residence, completed in January 2019. All quality furniture and appliances are new, with a 55 inch wall-mounted Smart-TV including 60 channels and free Netflix and HBO. Strong and fast Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances needed. Separate shower and toilet facilities. There is a comfy double sofa bed (sleeps 2, can be separated) on the ground floor and a 6 sqm mezzanine/loft where 2 additional persons can sleep on proper beds.

Modern guest house near the ocean

Our guest house was constructed in 2022 and we are renting it out weekly during the summer. Bookings Saturday-Saturday only. There is a 200 meter walk down to the beach and the area has several hiking trails. A 10 minute walk from the house you can catch the boat to Stockholm city. Our house has full amenities with dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer and air con. Towels, bedding etc are included. Electricity and water is included. There is parking for 1 car.

Eget gästhus med stor altan!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla enkla boende. Huset ligger högt och har en stor altan i söderläget. Stugan på 30m2 med sovloft. Nära till bad och buss. Busshållsplats finns precis nedanför tomtgränsen så det är enkelt att ta sig in till Stockholm city. Info gällande brandlarm: Det sitter en kamera i stora rummet som är kopplad till Verisure larm och aktiveras vid brandlarm. Se mer info om det under Säkerhet och egendom.

Guest house on the Baltic

Fredriksro beautifully located near the waterfront was built 1892 and now owned by the sixth generation! It is close to a nature preservation with paths for walking, biking, hiking and jogging. Being close to the water you have surfing, rowing, diving and a beach for the small ones. There is also a tennis and paddle court nearby. To get around a car is necessary. We are 30 min from central Stockholm and about 10 min from the shopping.

Lantligt minihus vid vattnet

Välkommen till vårt fantastiska minihus i naturreservatet "Elfvik", 20 min från stockholms city. Huset är 15m2 stort och har ett pentry med kyl/frysfack, bäddsoffa för två personer, toalett och dusch. Utanför finns en veranda med sittgrupp med fantastik utsikt över kyrkviken. Det finns även en offentlig "gömd" brygga 150 meter från huset. Gästerna har gratis tillgång att låna kajak för två personer och flytväst.

Nyrenoverad, modern liten “fiskarstuga” med möblerat soldäck och orangeri. 200 meter till bad, möjlighet till bastu (mot avgift) med panoramavy över vattnet, solvarma klippor samt egen brygga intill farleden. Naturreservat om hörnet med härliga vandringsleder. 20 bilminuter alt 45 njutbara båtminuter från Strömkajen, Sthlm City med landstigning Koviksudde, därefter ca 10 minuters promenad. Cyklar finns!
