Beautiful Beach House with a Stunning Sea View

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Swedish summer dream

Our beautiful house built 1910; is located near the beach, café & tennis courts. Take the bike to Vaxholm, or the bus/ boat to Stockholm. The house has been carefully renovated, with all modern conveniences; 4 bedrooms, 2 new renovated bathrooms. Large kitchen with dining area & exit to the terrace, glass veranda overlooking the garden, and Resarö Paviljong. Large garden with old apple trees, patios, playhouse, trampoline, barbecue etc. All you need for the perfect holiday with family &friends.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Villa Flora

Koppla av med familj och vänner i detta mysiga boende som ligger i hjärtat av Hersby. Huset ligger i en lugn återvändsgränd 2 minuters promenad från Lidingö Centrum. Rymligt hus, byggt 1936, med 9 rum för socialt umgänge både ute och inne med bla lekrum, flera tv-rum och olika platser för måltider. Fin solig tomt från morgon till kväll, perfekt för lek, bad och grillkvällar. 10 min med bil kommer ni till Stockholms innerstad för shopping eller härliga badområden med mysiga caféer på Lidingö.

(See below for info in English) Egendesignad villa på ön Storholmen i Stockholms skärgård, 25 min resa med SL-båt från Ropsten eller 5 min från Mor Annas Brygga, Lidingö. Tre hus ingår, varav ett stort (60 kvm bottenyta, tre plan) med kök och porslin för 12 personer. Vardagsrum med kamin och "bio" (projektor och högtalare) Fyra sovrum med sju vanliga sängar (2+2+1+1+1). Huset har dock totalt 11 bäddar varav två utdragssoffor. Fyra toaletter, tre duschar, tvätt- och diskmaskin, WiFi.

Skärgårdsvilla med pool

Villa på Resarö, Stockholms skärgård. Klassisk modern villa med alla tänkbara bekvämligheter. Stor terass med pool i söderläge. Orangerie, utekök, umgängesytor i pergola, terass och balkong. Perfekt för den stora familjen som vill nyttja en riktig sommaridyll. Bara en kort promenad finner ni fina badbryggor. Den stora trädgården har studsmatta, lekstuga och stora ytor för lek. 5 min promenad till lanthandel, lekplats och busshållsplats för transport vidare till Vaxholm eller Stockholm.

Charmigt gästhus vid Koviksudde

Nyrenoverad, modern liten “fiskarstuga” med möblerat soldäck och orangeri. 200 meter till bad, möjlighet till bastu (mot avgift) med panoramavy över vattnet, solvarma klippor samt egen brygga intill farleden. Naturreservat om hörnet med härliga vandringsleder. 20 bilminuter alt 45 njutbara båtminuter från Strömkajen, Sthlm City med landstigning Koviksudde, därefter ca 10 minuters promenad. Cyklar finns!

Resarökåken - lovley old house in the archipelago

A lovely , family friendly, old house on Resarö in the Swedish archipelago. Here you live nearby sea bath, tenniscourts, supermarket and buses to Stockholm City (takes around 40mins) on a big plot. On the grounds there is space for playing, a spa bath and lovely dinners on the balcony. A small gem with great charm. Right now under construction but nothing that effects the living.

Lovely Lakehouse on an island.

Perfect vacation home for 1-2 families at this idyllic spot in the Stockholm archipelago. The lot goes all the way down to a beautiful little lake where you can swim, fish, kajak and go paddle boarding. End the day with Sauna and jacuzzi and maybe a barbecue dinner in the green house. You reach the Island with a car-ferry from the main-land. 30 minutes from central Stockholm.
