I Vaxholms hamn och stadskärna ligger denna unika lägenhet i ett hus vars rötter sträcker sig till 1700-talets mitt. Lägenheten har braskamin, stor terass och havsutsikt! Den är 124 kvm och utöver detta finns även ett stort sovloft med med dubbelsäng (och havsutsikt). Vardagsrummet har fem meter i takhöjd. På terassen finns en stor matplats och gasolgrill. Tvättstuga och 2 badrum. Två parkeringsplatser ingår och möjlighet till elbilsladdning finns. Strandbad 200 meter, mataffär 30 meter

Apartment in a very calm, safe and traditional area of Lidingo. Close to communications, shops and Millesgården. I hjärtat av Torsvik finns denna rymliga gästlägenhet. Lugnt område med kommunikationer (bussar och tåg) runt hörnet. Mycket bra läge, nära Millesgården och Lidingö Centrum. Please notice: During July and August, guests are requiree to bring their ownbed linen and towels. Guests also clean the apartment before departure. 3 beds, but a sofa bed, so 4-5 adults to stay.

Peaceful, spacious apartment

Family friendly apartment with plenty of space for 4 on Resarö, a peaceful island close to the beautiful town of Vaxholm, where you can catch a boat to many other islands or Stockholm centre. 2 minute drive to beach, access to forest walks, local shop, tennis court, cafe and public transport just minutes away. Shared outdoor deck with firepit. Vanoe or SUP hire is available on the island. Apartment is attached to, but completely separate from main house with own front door.

Villa Resarö Apartment private house by the sea

Modern and well equipped apartment. The apartment has a small bedroom, a family room with kitchen and sofa, a bathroom, a small wardrobe, separate entrance and patio. In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.

Mysigt loft

Mysigt loft på lugn återvändsgata finns att hyra för kortare vistelser! Parkering ingår precis utanför. Loftet ligger på ett dubbelgarage avskilt med egen ingång. Obs trappor för att nå loftet. Finns en dubbelsäng carpediem, samt en soffa. (Finns resesäng för barn att låna.) Rymligt badrum med dusch. Boendet är utrustat med micro och liten kyl. Finns ej kokvrå.
