Un arrêt du bus navette se trouve juste en dessous du chalet. Le studio propose tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable : cuisine équipée, salle de bain avec grande douche, lit en 160x200, grand canapé transformable, TV, WiFi et places de parc gratuite. Es verfügt über einen Sportbootshafen mit über 1000 Liegeplätzen. Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Ferienhauses mit grossem Garten wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und liegt direkt am Rand des Naturschutzgebiets "La Grande Cariçaie". Der Neuenburgersee ist zu Fuss in 8 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 5min leicht erreichbar.

Sleeps up to 6 people 1 bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed and you can sleep two in the living room. 49m2 apartment with 14m2 balcony really a great get away. Free wifi, tv, playground and parking that is located 400 meters from the chalet. All sheets and towels are included in the price. In the Winter we come and pick up your baggage with our snowmobile from the parking lot.

L'appartement, indépendant, se situe dans une bâtisse de 1800 transformée en 2012. Il offre une vue de rêve sur le lac Léman. Ce logement cosy se compose de deux chambres doubles + un canapé lit au salon. En option vous pourrez accéder à la piscine ( de 11h à 16h ) ou demander un lit bébé. La cuisine et la salle à manger ont accès direct au barbecue du jardin. La salle de bain dispose d'un hammam (sur demande 20min/jour) et d'une petite buanderie d'appoint.
