Είναι ένα δωμάτιο 25 τμ στον 1ο όροφο. Έχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι με καινούργιο στρώμα king koil, με κλιματισμό, ιδιωτικό μπαλκόνι και ταράτσα με ξαπλώστρες με θέα τη θάλασσα. Η τουαλέτα είναι ιδιωτική και είναι στο μπαλκόνι. Ο χώρος διαθέτει εξωτερικό νεροχύτη με βρύση, και ένα μικρό εξοπλισμό κουζίνας ( ψυγείο καφετιέρα βραστήρα τοστιέρα μαχαιροπήρουνα πιάτα ποτήρια). Πρόσβαση σε ιδιωτικό λαχανόκηπο. Απέχει 4 χλμ από την Κίσαμο. Τέλειος προορισμός για απόλυτη ηρεμία και επίσκεψη των παραλιών.
