Charming terrace house in central Vaxholm

Charming newly renovated terrace house in the center of Vaxholm. Located in a calm area, yet close to the famous harbor. Boats come and go around the clock, the bridge is never still. The restaurants are crowded, the bay makes a vivid scenery. The whole place is seething with life and joy. Our house is a traditional two-storey terrace house with a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and three bedrooms. In summer, our lovely terrace is the center of all meals and social activities.

Här bor ni med 10 minuters promenad till Gustavsbergs centrum, 15 min till Gustavsbergs hamn, och 30 min buss till Slussen - men framförallt bor ni mitt i skärgården! Värmdö erbjuder mängder av badplatser och andra sommaraktiviteter, och ni når alla öar i skärgården med waxholmsbåt från någon av hamnarna (t.ex Stavsnäs) på ca 30 min med bil. På gångavstånd kan ni bada från klippor eller brygga i Ösby träsk. Granne med vårt område ligger stora skogsområden, där man även når t.ex Värmdöleden.

Vacation in the archipelago outside Stockholm

A modern and well planned 2-floor townhouse (156 square meters) that sits about 150 meters above the canal with a treeline seperating. The house have wonderful big windows that let you take in the nature outside and also give you a sense of a calm neighborhood. The house is perfect for a family of 4. With a car it takes you 30 min to downtown Stockholm. A bus stop is only a within a 5 minute walk. It's a great and safe place for a small family to enjoy some quality time together.
