Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Country location on a quiet road just minutes from Canandaigua Lake, and Bristol Mountain. Large farmhouse, with private suite including a huge great room (450 sf), wrap around screened-in porch. Please note that bedrooms and bath are upstairs. Geothermal heating/cooling. No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

The house is perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. Bonus room above the boathouse with a pull out sofa.

Private spacious suite with separate entry and brand new bathroom. You will have the entire walkout lower level with a full bathroom including laundry. Beautiful queen bedroom set. Comfortable sectional with chaise ready for you to put your feet up and unwind. This has a pullout queen size bed for extra sleeping. Game table stocked with supplies. Coffee bar with all of the essentials including a mini fridge and microwave. You can even get your exercise in with using the treadmill.

Clean, comfortable, private guest suite with separate entry perfect for couples, friends or solo adventurists. Our house is located directly across from the Hobart and William Smith athletic fields, a short walk to main campus and Bristol Field House. Perfect for visiting parents! Half mile to Geneva's vibrant downtown with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars (10 minute walk, 2 minute drive). 1 mile to gorgeous Seneca Lake, walking trails and Finger Lakes Welcome Center.

Nestled in the Fingerlakes Region of New York, it's the perfect place to rest after a day spent exploring our beautiful lakes, wineries, hiking trails, and so much more. Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!

The Old Whittier Library in Finger Lakes

Built in 1917 as the Lodi Whittier Library this lovely old building has been totally repurposed into a beautiful studio apartment. In the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine District, close to Watkins Glen, Trumansburg and Taughannock Falls State Park, Geneva and Ithaca; perfect for day trips to hundreds of local attractions. Complete with full kitchen, washer, dryer and WIFI. Extended stays are available.
