Magnolia Cottage in Central Coast Wine Country!

The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Bunkhouse - Cozy Rustic Retreat

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. We are right over the hill from some of the best wine in the valley: Brickbarn, Dierberg- Star Lane, Melville, Foley, Alma Rosa, etc. We are also close to Industrial Eats, Firestone, The Hitching Post, and The Tavern at Zaca Creek.

Stay on a family-owned working farm with an organic garden, free-range chickens, goats, and dairy cows. Welcome to Bodega House, a restored 1920s farmhouse in the center of Los Alamos. The home features a serene queen bedroom and a separate lounge space, along with a sleeper sofa in the living area. Thoughtfully designed for two adults, the house can also comfortably host one to two children on the sleeper sofa. It’s an ideal setting for couples or small families seeking the ease and privacy of a home while being just steps away from the best of Los Alamos.

The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses!
