Private Lake Farm Cabin, Pets Welcome

The cabin is a destination all on its own. Fish from the pier or banks on the privately managed eight-acre lake. There is a john boat which is quite old, uses paddles, and is in fair shape (feel free to bring your canoe or john boat.). A paddleboat and paddleboard are available for guest use and swimming. Enjoy walking the property and visit the onsite hoop house and orchard for free seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have fun by the outside fire pit roasting marshmallows with friends and family!

Comes with everything you need for a simple easy stay! 5-10 minutes from town, stores and necessities and restaurants. 10 minutes from the beautiful Cahaba river and historical parks! 30 minutes from all major cities! Not far from UAB, university of Alabama, Mercedez, JM Smucker, coal mines and other companies to work at. The queen bed is memory foam and super comfortable! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, updated home just 7 minutes from the University. Centrally located yet in a super quiet, safe neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of students and university activities. The house is fully stocked with everything you need, including a fridge with ice maker, cookware, dishes, coffee makers (both kinds), blender, mixer, toaster microwave, etc. We have ATT fiber internet (very fast) and smart TVs with dish network plus a sports extra package.

Trion Farms Main House

Beautiful estate house that has it all! Conveniently located 2 miles from I20/59 (Exit 89). It has 6 bedrooms 4 1/2 baths, formal dining, family room, two huge rec rooms. One that is downstairs with roll up doors that opens to the pool featuring a huge bar area, commercial refrigerator, projector for those football/movies. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a bath, the other rec room with pool table and projector. This 200+ acre escape is nestled just 15+/- miles from both Tuscaloosa and Birmingham.
