This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

Come enjoy my clean, bright & airy private guest house with a cozy king size bed, kitchen, & patio. Located 10-12 min. (without traffic) from Universal Studios, the Burbank Airport, Noho Arts District, and the Metro Station. The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
