This is a very unique 1890's unit in the heart of Fort Smith Downtown Party District. This unit has been recently renovated with all up to date comfort while keeping its old western charm. This venue has at least 10 bars and restaurants up and down the main Avenue a wonderful place to have a good time

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
