The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Vierwaldstättersee gelegen, kein öffentlicher Weg oder Strasse liegt dazwischen. Balkon mit herrlicher Seesicht, eigene Terrasse direkt am See und privater Seezugang. Luzern ist ca. 40 km entfernt und per Auto, Bus, Bahn und auch per Schiff erreichbar. Zürich ist ca. 70 km entfernt. Die Kurtaxe und Endreinigung ist im Preis inbegriffen.
