Ja, bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich tatsächlich um das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss einer alten Scheune. Alles wurde mit viel Liebe gemacht und für jene, die mit der einfachen Ausstattung zurecht kommen, ist es ein Paradies. Wer Luxus sucht, sollte nicht hier gehen. Wer eine sehr ungewöhnliche Unterkunft sucht, die einfach, aber sauber ist und wirklich sehr, sehr originell – der ist hier richtig! Uns hat es extrem gut gefallen! Herzlichen Dank dafür.

A spacious and stylish house only a short drive from Valmiera. Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot. All communications and directions were clear and to the point, superb experience. Also, loved the easy access to the Gauja River - excellent for a quick refreshing swim.

The apartment is in a good location, easy to find and access. I had a pleasant stay for the night.

Очень хорошо отдохнули в доме у Валтерса. Очень красивый дом, все что нужно для отличного отдыха есть. Место тихое, у нас был замечательный караоке вечер. Есть спортивные площадки, но использовать не получилось(пол дня был дождь) Терраса у дома большая и вмещает всех без проблем. Мы очень рады побывать в таком месте, к тому же у этого места есть своя история длинною в несколько столетий.

Great Valmiera apartment in a prime location, spotlessly clean with thoughtful details—perfect for moving in. Only downside: 5th floor, no elevator, but the climb keeps you active. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic two week stay with our 8 month old daughter. It’s nice and private so it worked well for us, all the neighbours are friendly. Very easy to find with the instructions given. The flat was spotless and had plenty of room for us to move around. Travel cot was great, my daughter had her best nights sleep ever in it so we were happy! The sofa bed is surprisingly comfy! And easy to pull out. The shower has the best water pressure, only downside we found to the bathroom is the window. It’s not tinted and it’s at the level where if you wanted to shower at night, even with the well positioned plant, I feel the neighbours may be getting an eyeful - but I shower in the morning so it is what it is for us! The kitchen has everything we needed - I do think it may be useful to have printed instructions (or even hyperlinks from the manufacturers website) for the cooker and microwave. But the cooker instructions can be found very easily on IKEA. Overall - FANTASTIC! Thank you!
