Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

This amazing villa is located in the most strategic area of the north-sardinia. From here you will be able to reach all island like Corsica, Maddalena or Caprera in a very short time. The Villa has an amazing sea-view and it's very peacefull and spacious, perfect for a family or a group of friends. You have a very large pation where you can eat or chill and very large bathrooms and bedrooom. The nearest and famous beach is around about 600 meters from the house and you have parking free pass

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.
