Our backyard birds and wildlife include: kookaburras, lorikeets, king parrots, black & white cockatoos, kingfishers, tawny frog-mouth. Kangaroos are frequent visitors.

Our private studio apartment is situated underneath the main house with private access through the gardens. Valla Beach is quiet and the beaches unspoilt. My husband and I live upstairs with our miniature schnauzers George and Hector who also share the garden. This is an ideal weekend retreat or beach holiday as we are an 8 minute walk to the cafes, beaches and tavern . There are several walking tracks through the forest close by and a short drive to Jacks Ridge mountain bike trail.

Open fireplace with wood provided for snuggly nights. Big smart TV ...On the same property as my house but private with an orchard in between & far enough that noise doesn’t travel between much.
