My family and I had a great stay in Iza and Timmy's apartment! Their place is comfortable, clean, and easy to enjoy in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood. It's especially close to KU Leuven, and there is a terrific restaurant down the street called Bar Stan. Iza went out of her way to make us all very comfortable, and this was a perfect first stop for us in charming Leuven!

The stay at the apartment was great! Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and just as described. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy, and fully equipped. I felt right at home. The hosts were very kind and helpful. I’d love to come back!

We verbeleven 2 nachten in het appartement. De werden goed ontvangen, zeer vriendelijk. Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf, de accomodatie was netje, leuk ingericht en op wandelafstand van het centrum en van Winterland. Goed om weten dat 1 kamer geen rolluik of gordijnen heeft, maar aangezien het winter is was dit geen probleem. Comfortabele bedden en een zeer rustige buurt, dus geen last gehad van nachtlawaai of dergelijke. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamers, woonkamer/living was prachtig. Met andere woorden een aanrader!!

Beautiful place and beautiful location. Couldn’t have asked for more, room could get a little hot in the nights was the only issue but would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Myself and 2 friends have stayed at Nathalie's place for 2025's Roadburn. The location was excellent for the festival, the appartment was clean and cozy. During our stay there we also were able to wash our clothes as there were a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment and Nathalie was kind enough to give us instructions to use them. The only slight annoyance was that we only had 1 key which was inconvenient because me and my friends' schedules were slighlty different - another pair would have been excellent. Nathalie tried to fetch another pair while we were there, but, unfortunately, it did not arrive in time.

Danke Tina für die von Anfang an freundliche Kommunikation und die Erklärungen zur Wohnung. So war der Check-In sehr leicht und auch sonst war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind schön und man ist direkt in der Stadt und kann fast alles zu Fuß erledigen oder abends einfach mal zur Burg spazieren.

Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as possible! Tamara is a great host, always willing to be helpful. The property is nice and cosy. There is everything you need during your stay. I would come back next time we visit Hasselt.

We zijn met drie volwassenen tien dagen verbleven in de woning voor een training in de buurt. Het huis was van alle gemakken en spullen voorzien die je nodig hebt. Bedden, badkamer, keuken, alles was helemaal prima! Alles was ook schoon en ruim aanwezig (zoals handdoeken). Communicatie met de verhuurder was ook prettig. Bedankt!

Geweldig verblijf. Met 11 mensen heerlijk van Mol genoten, alles op minder dan 1 kilometer afstand, uiterst beloopbaar. Ook perfect voor gezellige avonden aan de bar, of met z'n 11en in de loungekamer. Aanrader!

Prettige woning, schoon en van alles voorzien. Ligt in rustige wijk, geen lawaai van verkeer of bewoners.

Wij hebben twee heerlijke weken doorgebracht in de Orangerie van Eveline. De accommodatie is boven verwachting ruim en compleet maar ook mooi ingericht. Het uitzicht op de paardenweide is prachtig en vanaf de B&B loop je direct het bos in. Veel alternatieve wandelroutes zijn relatief dichtbij. De twee lieve honden van Eveline waren een cadeautje. Af en toe kwamen ze langs voor een knuffel of een speelmoment met onze hond. Wij zullen zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Het huis was heel mooi en in orde. Alles was aanwezig. Het is een rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het stadje. Maurice is een zeer vriendelijke man die flexibel is en ons hartelijk ontving. 10/10

Simplesmente perfeito! O lugar é lindo, super bem cuidado e exatamente como nas fotos — ou até melhor. A estadia foi ainda mais especial graças à gentileza e hospitalidade do casal anfitrião. Extremamente atenciosos, nos fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Recomendo de olhos fechados e, com certeza, voltaria!

Wir haben uns bei Kaat sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat super viel Charme und man hat viel Platz. Die große Küche ist top ausgestattet und der kleine Garten ist wunderbar, um mal draußen zu sein. Die Innenstadt ist einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen und genauso kommt man schnell in die Natur. Kaat ist eine herzliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der toll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bei Peter und John unterstellen.

Wauw! In het appartement van Sterre, in het hartje van Grave, is het werkelijk geweldig om te verblijven! De plek is enorm sfeervol ingericht, je voelt je direct thuis wanneer je er aankomt. En aan alles is gedacht: van sfeervolle kaarsen tot een uitgebreide keuken inventaris, van heerlijke handdoeken tot kussens op de stoelen op het dakterras (wat overigens een uitstekende plek is om je dag te starten met een kopje koffie!) De communicatie met Sterre verliep soepel en ze reageerde erg snel, ook had ze super tips rondom wat in de omgeving te gaan doen, of waar te gaan eten. Een enorme aanrader om hier je uitvalsbasis van te maken wanneer je Grave en/of omgeving wil gaan ontdekken. Loved it!

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt – alles war sauber, unkompliziert und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft!

I 100% recommend choosing this place for your stay at Bilzen. Aside from the greatly convenient location that is located near a train station and free parking is usually available, the place itself was beautifully taken care of, visibly recently renovated, and perfectly clean. A lot of amenities and devices are provided for the guests. The host was very responsive and helpful at all times. We would definitely choose this again!

Cindy is very friendly and nice landlord. the accommodation conditions are also on a high level. My 100% recommendation ☺️👍
