Grazioso monolocale di recente ristrutturazione all'interno di un giardino pensile nel cuore di Gaeta medievale. L'accesso alla struttura è tramite un'ampia scalinata. La casa, articolata su due piani e collegata internamente da una scala a chiocciola, è dotata di ogni confort tra cui aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto, wifi, cucina, lavatrice, forno a microonde, ferro da stiro e biancheria. A disposizione degli ospiti è inoltre garantito l'uso esclusivo della parte inferiore del giardino.

There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Casetta situatata in un piccolo paese di circa 100 abitanti. Adatto alle famiglie soprattutto con bambini. Nella casa sono presenti una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale+ letto singolo) con bagno all'interno, nel piano superiore. Nel piano inferiore oltre la cucina attrezzata e con caminetto è presente un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. All'esterno c'è uno spazio attrezzato con tavolo e barbecue.
