The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

A cosy cottage, built circa 1820. Located in the historic town of Llantwit Major, the cottage is ideal for couples/families wishing to enjoy the South Wales coast. Comfortably furnished with some character features, a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized dining space. The sitting room has a log burner and there are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor. A mature garden opens up towards the back to a decking area that catches the evening light, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine.

My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. This unique space has been newly refurbished to provide a cosy and conveniently located accommodation. One lovely sized double bedroom, bathroom with generous walk in shower, small kitchenette area with air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Lounge with TV/ Netflix.
