La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apiuane , un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa e come riscaldamento ha una stufa a legna , oppure pompe di calore , un divano letto matrimoniale , e al secondo piano la camera completa e bagno completo , e all 'esterno una terrazza, poi un soppalco con un letto singolo.

On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

A 7 km da Borgo Val di Taro, immersa nella quiete e nei profumi della natura, sorge Slow Hill, la nostra casa in collina. Qui vi accoglie un ampio appartamento indipendente, perfetto per una fuga rilassante in coppia, in famiglia o con amici. L’alloggio dispone di: 🛏️ una camera matrimoniale 🔥 un soggiorno con camino e divano letto 🛁 un bagno privato 🍳 una cucina attrezzata a uso esclusivo. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.
