Luxurious Wood-Rich Chalet in Central Chamonix

L'appartement: - style vieux chalet, charmant et en plein centre ville. Ecole de ski (ESF), première remontée mécanique (piste Savoy qui rejoint le téléphérique du Brévent), piscine publique et thermes sont à seulement 5 minutes à pied! Cuisine: - plaque induction, four, petit frigo avec freezer, lave vaisselle, machine à café Nespresso, bouilloire, grille pain, machine à raclette, casseroles, poêles, plats, verres, assiettes, bols, couverts, ustensiles, plan de travail, corbeille à pain, sous nappes, torchons, éponges, savon, produit vaisselle, essuie tout. Salon: - Canapé-lit queen size (coussins, draps, et couette sont fournis), repose pied, plaid, smart TV (Netflix, écran plats), chauffage, fenêtre avec vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc et Aiguille du midi, pochette avec beaucoup de documentation sur les activités à Chamonix. Chambres: - lit queen size dans chaque chambre(coussins, draps, et couette sont fournis), placard avec penderie, miroir, chaussons, chauffage, fenêtre avec vue imprenable sur le Mont-Blanc et Aiguille du midi et Flégère. Garage: - situé en face d'immeuble, parking souterrain sécurisé pour une voiture + parking publique gratuit à coté The building is in front of the Alpina Hotel in a quiet and attractive area just 200 meters from the ski slopes. Buses stop in front of the building. Shops, bakeries, and restaurants are all around, and there's a ski rental store on the doorstep. Bus stops just in front of the building. They will drive in all ski resorts of the Valley (for free). Very convenient! The building is right in front of Alpina Hotel, the main door is on the right of the librairy (Guerin), the apartment is on the second floor on your righ hand side, the door has a flag (Haute Savoie) on it.

Beautiful 1 room apartment, kitchen for simple meals, bathroom w/shower, 1 king size bed, separate area for clothes, skis, and a large private patio. Dream getaway for 2! (can add a young child, there is a baby cot, please email first) 5 minutes walking from village center, 10 min from bottom of the slopes. Unbeatable view on the mountains! Reserved parking spot for 1 car. Owners live on property and are here to help and guide as you need. Simple continental breakfast provided in the kitchen.

There is a large open-plan living area with a fully equiped kitchen, log burner and stunning views of the Mont Blanc from the panoramic windows.
