A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). There is a double bed, a single loft bed with a small wooden ladder (not recommended for children under 6 years old), a bathroom and a private kitchenette outside the room. There is also a garden where you can find vegetables.

Also between 2 popular beaches (Agia Pelagia & Lygaria, 10 min walking). .After communication and after 15.00 I could pick you up (for free) from the airport of Heraklion (if it is allowed). Very easy parking 20 meters away. The jacuzzi is private and the balcony around it. Also private is the balcony in front of the kitchen. the jacuzzi Is brand new and heated (till 35°).
