Nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch (5 min) erreichen Sie den Dorfkern mit Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants und eine Busanbindung. Es trennen Sie nur wenige Autominuten von den Montiggler Seen oder dem Kalterer See, die Landeshauptstadt Bozen liegt ebenfalls nur 18 Fahrminuten entfernt. Das Apartment ist somit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Bike - Touren und Ausflüge.

Thalerhof Sancta Sebastianus

The Sebastianus apartment is located in Unterinn Ritten, just a 15-minute drive (11 km) from Bolzano. Enjoy a newly renovated interior and spectacular views of the surrounding Alps. The 40 m² apartment features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

Baita del Toma - Chalet in Dolomites

Vuoi vivere un'incredibile esperienza immerso nelle Dolomiti delle Pale di San Martino e nella natura? Giornate romantiche? Se hai risposto "si", sei nel posto giusto! Posta nel bel mezzo delle Dolomiti, patrimonio mondiale dell'unesco, la struttura é una baita situata a 1820 m in posizione molto panoramica, soleggiata e isolata! É raggiungibile a piedi in 10 min di passeggiata. CHECK IN E CHECK OUT sarà fatto con il mio 4x4.

Villa Sonnenschein

Das Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Traumlage in den Obstplantagen des Etschtals. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, ist 120 qm groß und bietet bis zu 6 Gästen Platz. Bozen ist 10, Meran 20 und die Ski- oder Wandergebiete der Dolomiten 40 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt Fahrradwege um die Ecke und Wanderungen vor dem Haus. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im geschlossenen Hof zur Verfügung, jeder weitere wird mit 10 €/Tag verrechnet
