Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

After 13 wonderful years of hosting on Airbnb, the time has come to close this incredible chapter and embrace the next. These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. Each of you has deeply enriched my journey, and I hope that MuseumSuite has left a beautiful, lasting impression on your lives as well.

casaBARTHEL is a perfect place for a vacation and an artist residency, immersed in the Tuscan landscape only 15' from the florentine Duomo. Come and live with us; enjoy the olive trees, the kitchen garden, our horse Astro and our family life style, away from the working rhythm. By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . But if you need to work you can rent a portable private connection from us.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.
