Här finns två separata sovrum samt ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, perfekt boende för det större sällskapet eller dig som har husdjur med. Egen infart med parkeringsmöjligheter för flera bilar. Helt separat ingång, och du har hela gräsmattan på baksidan för dig själv. Stort fullt utrustat kök för 6 personer. The accommodation consists of a basement of 90 sq m. There are 2 sleeping rums, a kitchen with a stove (two plates) microwave and refrigerator and separate freezer and one living rum. They are free parking and to wash and detergent is included. The accommodation is located near a centre with Coop, Pharmacy, Pizzeria, bakery and a gas station. It is very close to bus connections to both Kristianstad Centrum (Local bus 80 meters) and Malmö, Simrishamn and Ystad (Express bus 500 meters).

Vintertid är du omgiven av vatten, sommartid hög växtlighet. Här bor du i ett stilrent hus med utsikt mot skogen. Design av Sorgenfri Build Concept. Gratis parkering på gemensam uppfart. Laddning för elbil tillgänglig. Huset ligger cirka 50 från vårt eget hus. Glada barnskrik kan därför ibland höras i närheten.

Entire house with separate courtyard garden, wood fired hot tub and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast. Local amenities are (Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant) within 3km of the cottage and the bus is 15 mins away.

Cozy cottage (build 2022) in a lovely quiet environment in Kristianstad surrounded by forest, fields and nature. In 2024, a patio was built with a lovely view. 2026 we have upgrade the kitchen with a dishwasher and more storage Our target is to have a clean and tidy cabin.
