In case if you are coming by car, we offer a private under-cover parking space just steps away from your apartment. Modern and luxury apartment by the sea "Orsan"

Enjoy long walks by exploring the nearby beaches and walking trails. Later, look out to sea from the spacious terrace and plan the next day's trips. The airy interior features a floating staircase, walk-in rain showers, and underfloor heating. Prepare yourself a delicious meal in a fully equipped kitchen. Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. Apartment Jelena- Modern, 150 meters from beach

Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!

Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Located at Lapad peninsula, just 5 minutes by foot from Lapad Sunset Beach, in a quite area, 50m above a nice promenade. Suitable for up to 3 persons. A/C. Fast WIFI. Terrace. Private&secured off-street parking. Only 3.5km from The Old Town (10 minutes by bus). Well connected by bus (number 6 goes by every 10 mins from 05:30 till 01:00 next day). Bus stop at less than 200m. Supermarket just accross the street. Small open green market at 200m. Many popular restaurants and cafes near by.

Calma Dubrovnik/sea view/cozy

What a view!, first words of our visitors when arrive to Calma on the Babin Kuk hill, in Lapad area. Close to beaches, bars and restaurants, surrounded by green, green pine wood. Famous Old Town is just 10 minutes bus ride. Great for enjoy in tranquility, walks along the coast, exploring number of beaches close to apartment. Ideal for people who do not mind the stairs. Although, whole Dubrovnik is hilly and, more or less, about the stairs. Free parking: 1-2 km far from the apartment.

Lady L studio apartment with a sea view is a balance comfort with luxe, the practical with the desirable and the seasoned with tactile art. Little gem hidden in Dubrovnik. The apartment offers breakfast as an additional option in the Rixos hotel, which is located 300 meters from the apartment, with an additional charge of 30 euros per person. Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
