Loistavalla sijainnilla iso asunto johon koiratkin olivat tervetulleita! Isompikin porukka mahtuu kun tilaa on 3 kerroksessa ja joka kerroksessa vessa mikä oli iso plussa! Samoin terasseja/ parvekkeita joka suuntaan ja upea, iso saunaosasto. Keittiössä ja olohuoneessa hyvä varustelu ja edelleen tilaa kaikille majoittujille. Bussipysäkki ja ruokakauppoja (sekä uimarantoja ja ulkoilumaastot) ihan vieressä ja omankin auton sai tien varteen.

Die Wohnung ist exakt wie auf den Fotos – stilvoll, modern und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben fast täglich in der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche gekocht und es hat uns an absolut nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Ein Highlight war definitiv die vollautomatische Dusche – wir hätten sie am liebsten eingepackt und mitgenommen! Die Betten sind großzügig und super bequem – perfekte Voraussetzungen für erholsamen Schlaf. Henri ist ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber: stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und mit viel Herz bei der Sache. Als Netflix kurzzeitig nicht funktionierte, hat er uns kurzerhand per Wolt (Kurier) ein neues Apple TV schicken lassen – Service vom Feinsten! Henri, nochmals vielen Dank für alles. Wir vermissen Helsinki, deine tolle Wohnung – und dich – jetzt schon! Liebe Grüsse, Etienne und Sergio, Ps: Danke, dass wir deinen Parkplatz mieten durften

Wir waren zu sechst in der Unterkunft zu Gast und könnten nicht zufriedener sein! Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Bahnhof Pasila (mit dem Zug 5 min vom Zentrum entfernt) und bei einer Mall. Demzufolge gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön. Vor allem der Balkon bzw. Wintergarten. Emppu hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert und uns freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Väga mõnus korter. Nagu mõnus hotellituba oma köögiga. Ülilihtne sisse registreerimine tänu Lockbox süsteemile, saad endale sobilikul ajal tulla pärast check-in aega. Väga hubane. Eriti mõnusad olid suured padjad :) Asukoht on täpselt kesklinnas ja kõik on nii lähedal. Toidupoed on ümber nurga 3 minuti kaugusel, metroo on 6 minuti kaugusel ja suur kaubakeskus Kamppi 5-6min kaugusel. Asukoha tegi eriti mõnusaks,et raudteejaama kõnnid ca 10minutit. Helsinki avastamiseks väga hea majutuskoht. Tänan võimaluse eest,et sain seal peatuda!

Upea asunto loistavalla sijainnilla historiallisessa talossa. Kannattaa varata aikaa asunnossa oleskeluun, sillä se on monine yksityiskohtineen kiehtova kokonaisuus. Sijainti on loistava ja ympäristö rauhallinen. Plussaa myös autotallista talon sisäpihalla.

Heikki’s place is lovely and very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is great, very quiet neighbourhood and easy to reach. Communication with Heikki and Eeva was excellent, they always responded fast and were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

L’appartement de Heta est idéal pour de ouvrir Helsinki. Chaleureux et confortable, il est très bien desservi en transports en commun, et proche à pieds de nombreux sites intéressants. Heta nous a donné de nombreuses indications utiles pour mieux découvert les environs. Nous le recommandons !

Jorma was an amazing host! Easy to contact and flexible in terms of the check-in and check-out. The place was a bit old but very comfortable, well equipped and rather clean. The location was especially convenient – very close to tram and bus stops and a supermarket. All in all highly recommended, great value for money and if I’m ever in Helsinki again this will be the first accommodation I will look at :)

Viihtyisä ja kaikin puolin mukava talo, jota voi lämpimästi suositella. Vietimme täällä rauhallisen ja tunnelmallisen joulun. Tilaa ylellisesti neljälle henkilölle ja kaikki oli todella siistiä. Veenan kanssa yhteydenpito sujui hienosti. Ihanan pönttöuunin valo ja lämpö kruunasivat vierailumme.

It was a beautiful apartment; exactly like the pictures. Very high tech. With the wrap around balcony, there are gorgeous views of the water and the city. There is no need to have a car due to grocery stores/ restaurants being within walking distance and public transportation. There’s a sauna on the property that we were able to reserve through the hosts. The hosts were super friendly and let us check in early. They were very easy to communicate with. We did not want to leave. Felt very safe in this area. Definitely an amazing place to stay.

I stayed at Mika's place with my daughter for 4 nights. It is a great apartment, with great city views, lots of windows, spacious livingroom and bedroom. The location is great as it is so central and well connected by transport, yet also peaceful. We had all the basics we needed and had a great time Mika's place. Mika sent us clear instructions for self check-in. I would love to be back next time I am in Helsinki. Highly recommended!

A stylist room & adorable cats

The place was immaculately clean. Honestly, I don’t even keep my own home this clean and I certainly don’t have 11 adorable furry friends! There’s no notable smell which is often a concern, the flat actually smells really nice. The host(s) keep the place very clean, have air purifiers running, there’s also a robo vacuum and I’m sure they clean regularly by hand too. The cats are extremely friendly, none are aggressive especially not towards humans. I never got to meet the host(s), jet lag hit me like a truck, but Daniel was very helpful and responsive in chat. For the door, PULL REALLY HARD. I mean, put your weight into it, seriously. I’ve never worked a Finnish residential door before this moment…but a lock is a lock right? You’re doing it right, the door is just very tight. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms, shower was stocked with shampoo and body wash. Noted: no food in the room, eat in the kitchen or living room. This is written in the listing rules so follow them.

Sijainniltaa hyvä, lähellä keskustaa ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Avaimen nouto sujui mutkattomasti ja joustoa uloskirjautumisessa. Asunto oli siisti ja sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan. Majoittaja oli erittäin mukava ja nopeasti tavoitettavissa tarvittaessa.

The place was lovely, simple and clean. However the yard was a little unkept and overgrown, and the chimney in sauna was loose not attached to the wall so we could not use it. It was also very cold inside although the weather was warm outside so I recommend using the heaters.
