One of Dolphin Run's most noteworthy houses, Casa Naranja is now accepting reservations. This home is not only large at 3300 square feet, but it is furnished to maximize spaciousness for up to 8 persons. From a private entry to a back deck pool with Caribbean views, this four bedroom home is sure to please even the most discriminating travelers. It offers 4 Bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, WiFi throughout, flat panel TVs in each bedroom and big screen TV in the living area. Beachfront living... ah...

Paradise Palms Cabin #1

Relax and enjoy this unique and tranquil Tropical Island experience. Our Cabins are completely furnished with Hot water in shower, bath lavatory, and kitchen sink. Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, and more. In the living room there’s a very comfortable sectional sofa with coffee table, wifi and smart TV with cable channels. Enjoy the outdoor Palapa and BBQ pit for those special events. At the back of the cabin there’s an outdoor hot water shower.

Coco Cabaña#1

Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Our home offers the balance of convenience and tranquility.Just a 4-minute walk from the ferry dock and 2 minutes from top shops and restaurants, you’ll be close to all the island’s best experiences while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

Beach House in the Trees - Sleeps up to 7!

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
