Conveniently located within walking distance of the best dive shops and restaurants while still being away from the hustle and bustle of town. After a day of diving, you can relax in a private sensory deprivation float room. To ensure your comfort at all times, a new generator has been installed in 2025.

“New Canal” The Lighthouse Utila

Located on an upper level bay corner of The Lighthouse, “New Canal” provides its guest immediate relaxation. Minimalist decor, pastel colors, and highly varnished floors are complemented by the refreshing vista of Utilla’s Eastern Harbour. Kick back and relax in this ground-level 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Located in a quiet and secluded area: only a 5 minute drive from town. Apartment is solar powered with electricity, WiFi and A/C included. Fully stocked kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave. King beds, 65" TV, outdoor space with patio furniture, hammocks and beach towels available. Less than 100 feet from the door, there is a secluded beach with easy entry to the nearby reef ~ perfect for snorkeling.

The Caribbean Sea is a beautiful place to spend your vacation, and our vacation rental house is the perfect spot to enjoy it. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our recently remodeled main house is spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time here. The primary suite features a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and a private balcony with stunning ocean views. Two guest rooms with queen-size beds.

The Dolphin House- A Serenity Beach Cottage

The Serenity Beach Cottages are oceanfront, 960 sq. ft homes with 2 bedrooms, 1 exquisite bath, full kitchen & living area, & a large screened porch. The property is boat access only but Utila town is easily accessible via an hourly shuttle. Little Bight dive site is 10 yards from the shore. We will arrange for a Tuk Tuk -Utila's taxi to pick you up at your point of entry and they will bring you to our boat for transportation across the lagoon to the property.

Utila Seabreeze Apartments One-Bedroom - Apt 3

These beautiful bright and sunny, fully furnished one bedroom apartments are complete with full sized beds, kitchen with minimal amenities for short term stays, living room, WiFi, air condition, ceiling fans, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot water. This property is waterfront with a rooftop terrace and boat dock access, and beautiful views of the Utila upper lagoon. Directly across the street is the Caribbean Sea and Trudy's restaurant.

Beach Casita, Secluded beauty at Paradise Regained

The Beach Casita is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a rustic, self-contained oceanfront retreat with views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained oceanfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. With beach chairs available and our beach gazebo with hammocks and Adirondack rocking chairs, you might not want to leave. But if you do, it's just a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

Across the street from the Odyssey Resort TankD dive center and next door to the UDC Marina. A short walk away from 5 dive shops. The popular Bando Beach with its bar and restaurant is a short walk away. The grounds are spacious and are colorful and are gated with dusk to dawn security lighting.
