One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy the view of the patio. Weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. Can be paid at check in (Pet must be friendly since other guests and pets share the same property) Check-out time is at 11:00a.m, any guest remaining after check-out time will be charged for an additional day ($120).

We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time.
