Fun basement apartment next to Jordan River Trail

Our place is close to great views, restaurants and dining, supermarkets, and family-friendly activities. Less than 10 minutes from I-15 and Thanksgiving Point. Within 30 minutes away from downtown Salt Lake City, 40 minutes from the airport, and 20 minutes from Provo. Five major ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive or less. The Jordan River Trail is right outside the door, offering a great place for walking or bike riding. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors.

Beautiful Orem home with breathtaking views!

Beautiful home with gorgeous unobstructed backyard mountain views and private hot tub! Located within walking distance to the University Mall and very close driving distance to both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University. The home is fully set up with just about any cooking needs you may have and is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well suited for families with small children and infants.

Cozy place with amazing mountains

Our apartment has everything included: bathroom, kitchenette (with dishes), linens, privacy, a private deck with Adirondack chairs for enjoying the beginning or end of a day. Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
