Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit Dominik lief reibungslos ab und der Parkplatz, der über einen Aufzug für das Auto zu erreichen ist, war sehr praktisch und auch für größere Autos geeignet. Wir würden dieses Airbnb immer wieder buchen.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was always responsive when I asked questions. The neighborhood felt very safe and has many, many restaurants, mini-markets and a beautiful park right across the street. The tram is a quick walk down the hill giving quick access to other top spots. One thing that was a surprise to me was the bathrooms. I was expecting one full bathroom (toilet and shower) and a second, half bath (toilet only). This apartment has only one toilet and one shower - they are on opposite sides of the apartment. The primary bed is very comfortable (pillows not so much) and the second bed is a typical sofa mattress. I would recommend this apartment - so much so that I actually booked it for my son when he visits in December.

Dominik ist ein sehr freundlicher Host, den ich nur empfehlen kann. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es war alles vorhanden was für einen kurzen Urlaub benötigt wird. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln von der Wohnung aus schnell zu erreichen und in der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich viele tolle Parks die sich für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund eignen :)

Квартира дуже простора і чиста, зручне ліжко і двоспальний диван, було дуже тепло , на кухні є все , що потрібно для приготування. Розташована центрально, пішки близько абсолютно до всьго (всі туристичні пам,ятки, театри, вокзали) поряд трамвайна зупинка, супермаркет лідл, в дворі будинку ресторани. Хоч розташована в центрі, але було дуже тихо, чудовий вид з великих вікон. Привітний господар, легка комунікація. Дуже рекомендую

We loved our stay in this trendy apartment in a quiet neighborhood! We were very close to stores, restaurants and pubs, as well as public transportation to get anywhere in beautiful Prague, Darina made us feel right at home, would definitely recommend.

Nous avons été les premiers à utiliser l'appartement. Nous avons donc rencontré quelques soucis liés à cette mise en service (cafetière, lave vaisselle...), mais Heinrich a été très réactif pour régler les quelques problèmes. Il a même installé des doubles rideaux en une matinée, pour répondre à notre demande. Appartement très spacieux, très bien aménagé et équipé (spa, sauna, home cinéma, billard) L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Prague, avec des transports à proximité et la vieille ville à 15 minutes à pieds

This was a great stay, especially on warm summer days it’s nice and cool inside. The bedroom and living room are cosy and everything you need is in the kitchen. The walk to the city was very doable, be aware that you have to walk up a steep hill to get back - or you can take the metro. The only downside was a little bit of a moldy smell in the bathroom and a toilet door that wouldn’t close properly.

I had booked Matylda’s place for my partners 40th birthday present, after looking at the photos, location, and price it was a no brainer to pick this place to stay. Matylda was great and provided us with clear and helpful instructions on getting to the apartment and gaining access. She had also sent us a list of local and city recommendations - Pizza Bertoldi was our highlight and only a 10ish minutes walk!!! The apartment itself was very clean, well organised and homely. It was easy to keep warm and relax. Matylda was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we even bumped into her as we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. Very kind and personable. We loved our stay and are already thinking about heading back to Prague. I’d stay here again!! 10/10
