Rezervasyon aşamasından konaklamamızın bittiği zamana kadar gayet ilgili ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı ile çok memnun kaldık.Bir daha ki konaklamalarımızda öncelikli olarak değerlendireğimiz bir ev sahibi.

Huzur dolu bir tatil geçirdik ev sahibi bütün sorunlarımızla ilgilendi deniz harikaydı akvaryum gibiydi sabahları sadece kuş cıvıltıları ile uyandık Tek sorun banyo da vardı paslı su geliyordu bir yerden ama sorun etmedik çünkü manzarası ve sakinliği örtpas etti 🤗 tekrar ziyaret etmek isteriz ☺️

Wir waren super zufrieden. Alle waren total freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der tollen Terasse, war genau das richtige um mal die Sehle baumeln zu lassen. Auf das kleine Missverständnis das es keine 2 Betten sondern 1 Bett mit 2 Schlafplätzen war, wurde sofort und unkompliziert reagiert. War natürlich auch mein Fehler, da mein Blick auf den Photos mehr der wundeschönen Lage galt. Dazu kommt das es auf der Insel Chios wirklich richtig viel zu entdecken gibt. Ein ganz toller Urlaub der richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür

Adem Bey ve eşi Ayşegül Hanım cok sicakkanlilar bizi cok güzel karşıladılar ve her konuda cok yardımcı oldular. Ufak oğlumuzun ihtiyaclari konusunda da öngörüluyduler. Ev cok guzel ve kullanışlı. Hersey icin cok tesekkur ederiz

The house is right at the sea so you have the possibility to go swimming in the morning and in the afternoon, even if you go to the beaches in the island. The place is very comfortable and quiet. The house is also very clean and furniture has a good taste . Avrakomi is a very good and responsive host and gave us very good recommendations, There are not a lot of restaurants, but the taverns close to the house are very nice. The house is also only six minutes away from the city center, so you always have the opportunity to try several places in Chios. The only recommendation we can make is that some of the kitchen equipment should be renewed ( such as the coffee machine , cutlery) . We will definitely come back and recommend the place to our friends.

7 temmuz günü başladığımız tatilimiz gerçekten mükemmeldi ev sahibimiz adeta evin abisi gibiydi her zaman çok ilgiliydi kendimizi evimizde hissettik muhteşem huzurlu bir tatildi erkan beye ilgisinden sıcak kanlılığından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz artık çeşmede de bir evimiz var

ev sahibi çok sevecen ve her konuda yardımcı oldu hiçbir sorun yoktu.

kalabileceğimiz çok güzel bir yerdi. karşınızda Sakız Adası, müthiş doğa ve deniz manzaralı bir teras.... Herşey düşünülmüş kendi evimde hissettim. Tek kusuru giderek yolların çok bozuk olması.

Öncelikle ev sahibi oldukça ilgiliydi her sorunumuzda hızlı şekilde çözüm geldi.Ev içerisinde bulunan eşyalar oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.Araba ile 5 dakikalık mesafede güzel bir sahil mevcut.Özetle hem lokasyonu hem de evi öneririm🙏

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Aytül ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist super und sehr ruhig.

Halte reposante sur notre voyage à vélo. Accueil sympathique de Mehmet. Communication réactive avec Melih. Chauffage efficace, bien utile ces jours-ci.

Tuğçe hanım her zaman mesajlara net ve hızlı yanıtlar verdi. Ilk rezervasyon tarihimizi değiştirme konusunda çok yardımcıydı. 5 kişi için gayet rahat konaklanacak bir evdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

We had a month long stay and it was an unforgettable experience. Staying a suite right on the beach in Karfas was a dream, and we would be so lucky to return here. Margarita was the most thoughtful and kind host, so we really have her to thank for making our month so memorable. Hope to be back in the future! :)

Konum, temizlik, ev sahibi ile iletişim ve manzara harikaydı.

Her şey güzeldi. Evin lokasyonu, temizliği, kullanışlılığı çok iyiydi. Çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için özellikle tavsiye ederim.

She was very friendly and welcoming. Also special thanks to Margarita for being such heartwarming host. The room was clean and had everything for a guest. If I decide to visit Chios again, I’d stat here once more

We absolutely loved Virginia’s house by the beach and fully enjoyed our stay. The house is spacous and it is located on a pebble beach with clear calm beautiful water. It has several charming terraces. The beach has a feel of private beach as it is unorganized and is not shared by other properties. The tavern next door is heaven with its good Greek food and friendly staff as it saved us from cooking everyday. The house sleeos up to 10 people andis close to Komi where you can find a market and another nice restautant by the sea. Virginia was very nice, friendly and respınsive to all our needs. She is a great host. The location of the house is remarkable especially if you dont like crowded organized beaches and noise. I will go back to this house again!

Ev sahibimiz Günay Hanım çok kibar, ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.. Kendi evimiz rahatlığında konakladık. Evle alakalı bir sorunumuz olmadı.Denize neredeyse sıfır noktasında sakin huzurlu bir lokasyon.. Son gün çok yağmur yağınca, ev sahibimiz mağdur olmamamız adına daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi. Bu hoşgörüsü için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz

Denizin kıyısında büyüleyici bir manzara eşliğinde gayet temiz ve düzenli bir ev. Biz 2 kişi kaldık ama 3 kişi için de ideal bir konaklama yeri. Araba olmadan ulaşım çok zor. Arabayla Chios merkeze 15dk mesafede. Güzel bir deneyimdi. Tekrar geldiğimde ilk seçeneğim burası olacak.
