Beautiful thatched cottage annex with ensuite bedroom and living room/snug with an old piano. There is a shop, pub, park and walks such as The Jurassic Way. There is a daily bus service to Banbury and Daventry and from Banbury there is a train service for Oxford, London and Birmingham. Shakspeare's Stratford Upon Avon, Cropredy Festival and Silverstone are a short drive away. There is a plaque on the village hall to commemorate singer/songwriter Sandy Denny from the band Fairport Convention.

The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

The Blue Barn

A delightful 17th Century barn, sitting in the heart of the village of Kislingbury. It is in a secluded position, located at the end of a private gravel drive, which provides off road parking. The barn has recently been converted to an exceptionally high standard. The Sun Pub and Cromwell Cottage are within walking distance. Kislingbury is near to the M1 and Silverstone Circuit. It is an ideal base to visit the Cotswolds, Oxford, Cambridge, and only 50 minutes to central London by fast train.

The Old Calf Shed, situated in the heart of a working farm on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border, has a beautifully calm atmosphere with relaxing interiors including a lovely wood burning stove in the open kitchen/living room. Very rural setting with private bedrooms in separate annexe building overlooking pond and fields. Easy parking right outside the coach house front door. At end of a private road and only 3 miles from Northampton Town centre. Close to village pubs, lots of lovely walks from our door, parks and country park reservoir.
